Speed Host product portal

Terms of Use

Effective: October 3, 2026

Portal and software access

You may use this portal to manage your account, obtain published releases, and generate short-lived installation links. You are responsible for protecting your account, Google account, sessions, downloaded packages, and installation commands.

Administrator responsibility

Installation and mail-routing changes require root-level judgment. Before use, review the release documentation, verify package integrity, maintain recoverable server backups, and test changes according to your own operational requirements. Do not share root, gateway, SMTP, or mailbox credentials with the public portal or support messages.

Delivery outcomes

External gateway acceptance means the selected gateway accepted an SMTP handoff. Local Exim acceptance means the message was queued on cPanel. Neither outcome guarantees final delivery to a recipient inbox.

Acceptable use

You must not use the portal or software to send unlawful or abusive mail, bypass provider policies, distribute malware, probe or disrupt services, access another account, or interfere with security controls.

Availability and changes

Pilot features, releases, and availability may change. We may suspend access needed to protect users, infrastructure, providers, or the public. Release notes and the published package metadata identify the software made available at a given time.

No inbox guarantee

The software is intended to improve outbound policy enforcement and operational control. It does not guarantee delivery, reputation, provider acceptance, availability, or freedom from abuse. To the extent allowed by law, the pilot is provided without warranties and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
