Privacy Policy

The public portal distributes WHM EmailDesk Sender. Mail protection and operational mail data remain on the administrator's WHM server.
Information we collect
When you create or use an account, we may store your name, email address, account security settings, session records, download and install-token activity, coarse installation heartbeat data, and administrative audit events. Security records can include time, IP address, and browser or client information.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides a stable account identifier, your verified email address, and your display name. We use this information only to create, link, and authenticate your portal account. We do not store Google access tokens or refresh tokens and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google content.
Information the portal does not receive
The public portal is not a mail relay. It must not receive raw messages, message bodies, recipient lists, local policy reports, Review Queue content, gateway credentials, WHM root credentials, or other server-side mail protection data.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and protect portal sessions.
- Provide verified release downloads and single-use install links.
- Maintain security, operational, and audit records.
- Send account, security, release, or maintenance messages according to your settings.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate authentication, hosting, email, and security functions, or disclosed when required by law. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for account operation, security, auditing, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can review account information and notification settings in the customer portal. You can revoke WHM EmailDesk Sender access from your Google Account; doing so does not automatically delete portal audit records. Contact us to request account assistance or deletion, subject to required security and legal retention.
